Before you call, please reboot your computer and external antenna, if you're using one, and then try to get online. If you have a router or DSL modem, reboot these by cycling the power to them and then rebooting your computer. Try to go online again, now. If you are getting a login error that says, "Please Contact Your Service Provider" it means that you are typing in your username and password incorrectly, please recheck the spelling and then retype the entire usename and password again. Make sure you are including the @rvwifi.com in your username. Should you need to call support, please make sure you have your username and password ready, your contact phone number and the resort you are at.
