Customer support is available via the local numbers listed. Before you call, please reboot your computer and external antenna if you're using one, and then try to get online. If you have a wireless router and/or DSL modem, reboot these units by cycling the power to them by pulling the electrical plugs for 30 seconds and then rebooting your computer. Try to go online again.

Should you need to call support, please make sure you have your computer turned on, and have your user ID ready. If you receive our voicemail, please leave your name and contact number and the name of the resort you are at.
